Music Studio
David is an experienced Music teacher both in and out of the classroom. He runs a private music tuition studio based in Buckinghamshire and teaches students of all ages the Violin, Viola, Piano, Music Composition and Music theory up to University Level. He is passionate about Music being accessible for people of all ages and ability
- Qualifications include a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in music and a postgraduate diploma in solo performance (PGdipTCM) from Trinity College of Music, and grade 8 on violin, viola and piano.
- Experienced conductor having taken choirs and youth swing and jazz bands throughout Europe.
- Music director and assistant musical director for a number of notable public productions.
- Worked with film composer John Scott as leader of the orchestra which recorded 'A Colchester Symphony'.
- Performed under direction of Yehudi Menhuin.
- Has led countless youth music concert tours of jazz bands and choirs into Europe.
- Taught 100s of students individual violin, viola and piano with 100% pass rate up to and including grade 8.
- Grade 5 theory tuition with 100% pass rate.
- Experienced in teaching boys and girls of all ages with special needs (children with behavioural difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, etc).
- Has coached both GCSE and A Level students outside their respective schools to aid them in gaining top grades. Coaching included guidance on choices for performances, how to gain top marks in performing, coaching in music composition (both GCSE and A level), and guidance in both the aural and historical aspects of both the GCSE and A level exams.

David offers private tuition on the piano, violin, viola, and voice to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Kindermusic classes are also offered for those particularly young that want to begin a journey in music appreciation but who might be not quite old enough to start lessons on one specific instrument. I also teach theory lessons privately in addition to coaching any aspect of music GCSE and A level. Online Music lessons
Online music teaching is becoming increasingly popular and recent technology has enabled this to develop very successfully as a way of learning to play an instrument as well as music theory for many students.
